Where authentic living meets the pursuit of timeless beauty
The Studio
Vero Aurea is a residential architecture and interior architecture studio devoted to homes that are refined, carefully considered, and deeply personal.
The name carries the philosophy. Vero, meaning truth, reflects an honest approach to design, one rooted in the authentic lives and experiences of each client. Aurea, meaning golden, reflects the pursuit of beauty, proportion, and craftsmanship that we believe every home deserves.
Architecture, to us, is both an intellectual discipline and an intimate craft. Every project begins the same way: with careful listening. We try to understand not just how a home should look, but how a family actually lives. How they gather in the morning, where they find quiet, what they carry from their past into the spaces they're building for their future.
A great home isn't defined by its size or its style. It's defined by how faithfully it was made for the people inside it. Working closely with clients, builders, and skilled craftsmen, we see each design through from first sketch to finished room, so that what is envisioned is truly what endures.
The Designer
Jocelynn Le has spent more than fifteen years learning to listen to the spaces between what clients say and what they mean. It is there, in the pauses, the offhand details, the stories told over a conversation, that a home begins to take shape.
Her practice is built on three things she has never been willing to separate: spatial clarity, architectural proportion, and refined detailing that makes a room feel finished rather than merely complete. Her background spans both architectural design studios and custom home building, giving her a fluency across the full arc from concept to construction.
At Hamed Homes, she served as Director of Architectural Design, leading custom residential projects through design development, construction documentation, and consultant coordination. Before that, at Frank Souder Design Group, she grew from Interior Designer to Project Architect to Director of Architectural Design, contributing to more than a hundred projects ranging from large renovations to new custom homes.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Purdue University Fort Wayne, and maintains an active practice in photography, a pursuit that has deepened her sensitivity to light, material, and composition in ways that quietly inform every room she designs.
Through Vero Aurea, Jocelynn works toward one enduring goal: homes that are carefully crafted, entirely personal, and built to last.
